Preparation of initial project plan by project manager and review by SEG group 7. Software Quality Audit(SQA) as per project plan (Typically at the start of project, every month, every phase completion, and predelivery) by identified Quality Facilitator 8. Internal Quality Audit (IQA) according to the organization's quality audit schedule. 9. Weekly team meetings, project manager meeting and progress/status reporting to client 10. Weekly timesheets to client 11. Project Status Review(PSR) with Senior management every two weeks. Project Status Report sent to client at the end of PSR.
