Description

I need someone to design a simple brouchure-style website for me (6-7 pages and with no e-commerce), and time is of the essence. I need it asap to allow me to progress with local marketing.

I have a logo (although I’m open to this being changed) and content, but require a sleek, professional-looking business website (clutter-free) with pertinent (Royalty-Free!) graphics and images.

I need a quick turnaround. Therefore, at this time, SEO is not a huge issue. However, SEO and Internet Marketing is something that will be investigated in the near future, and the site adapted accordingly. Therefore the site must be created with this in mind. If you have any suggestions in the short-term, these will be appreciated, particularly where keywords are concerned.

Additional Information:
Flash banner required. This will show industry specific phrases floating across/around the banner.
Link to a form required on the Home Page that will then be emailed to me
Content management required on one particular page, to allow uploading of articles by myself.
A second form required – from a link on the content management page.
Site map required.
Links to descriptive paragraphs from certain words required – pop ups? New page? Designer to decide

The website is going to define the image of my business, and so must be sleek and professional. Please provide examples of your work.
