Description

What we do
We supply overseas staff to US businesses for their seasonal programs on the H2B visa. We are in the process of contacting over 5000 employers who should already process their work permits and are looking to fill their vacancies.

Who we need
We are in need of experienced recruiters who have experience of sourcing clients and accounts. you must have experience of sourcing vacancies as you will be contacting these companies from our database to acquire live vacancies for their upcoming season. Because of the nature of the job, I am only interested in people who have US, UK or Canadian accent thank you.

I would preference will be given to an individual rather than a company as I would expect this person to get familiar with the business for longer term work. This job is not hard sales but you have to be familiar with the services we provide and the nature of our business. Hence, I will be sending the successful bidder further indepth information on our services.

The work initially will be for 10 hours over two days with an update at the end of each day as I would like to test your ability to get the job done.

The contract
If you are successful, then you will receive another 80 hours work.
20 or more hours per week with a weekly review of your performance. If everything goes well you will be getting work on a weekly ongoing basis.

Payments
I am quite open with the fees, the most important thing is getting the job done.
I would be interested in persons who work on a basic pay plus commission for each vacancy source.
