Description:	We are looking for office space to rent in Delhi from 1st of September. We need someone who will search, negotiate on our behalf and provide us with photos of the available properties. We are looking for – 1. Short lease option (6 months renewable if possible) 2. Sub-lease can be an option but it should be a notified commercial building. 3. Furnished if possible (work stations, chairs etc). 4. In Central or South Delhi (eg- Bhikaji Cama place, Motibagh, Safdarjung, Lajpat nagar, Khan market, Greater Kailash, Rajinder Nagar, Karol Bagh, Nehru Place etc) 5. Between 600-1000 sq feet. Our maximum budget is around 40,000 INR The person selected will have to contact property agents, owners and anyone who has office space to rent. The photos of the short-listed properties will be sent to us and payment will be done once lease is signed in end-August.
