| I would like to offer my services at a rate of $8 per hour or $1200 a month.
I've worked as a customer service, sales, and technical support representative using voice, chat, and email for top US-based corporations. I could say I did my job well because I was able to climb my way up the management ladder. I've also worked as a personal assistant, remote and on-site, for top-level executives. I'm currently on a career break and would like to do something challenging and productive at the same time.
As for my comfort level in taking and making calls, I can say that, with my professional experience, I take to it like fish to water. I also have access to a fully-functional call center if you wish to hire additional virtual assistants for the task.
I have a home office setup with a broadband internet connection. I have full redundancy measures, both for technical and personnel. I have access to VOIP. I also have a US number that rings either my laptop or mobile. I am online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. My work schedule is very flexible as it depends on your requirements. I can also commit long hours.

My bid of $175 is for one day of 7 hours work. To allow you to take advantage of my best rate as well as ensure my full time hours on your work, we would set this up as a monthly retainer for a total of 158 hours per month (35 hours per week of time spent exclusively on your work without any interruptions or can be billed in 15 minute increments) for an average monthly total of $3,940 per month. Hope you don't mind this format of posting my fees, but this site does specifically state don't post any hourly rates or user will be deleted. Retainers are non-refundable, however, unused amounts may be carried over one month. After two months, if the customer uses less than the agreed upon hours the retainer paid will be renegotiated.
