Description: I need a WAP site+Basic Website which should be able to do the following

Ths idea is to have a basic website where people will post their pictures, something like http://www.sexyono.com/ but more simple

This website should have a much more simple version where only a few pictures should be shown randomly when people starts a wap session

Pictures could be submitted by MMS or Web

Pictures should be adjusted to proper format so they could be downloaded.

People should be able to post comments on pictures, those comments should be posted during a wap session or by SMS submission

When posts are made a subscription for receiving other comments on certain pictures should begin
