I'm looking for a capable WP theme developer for a simple WP content theme.

Specifically, I'm looking for someone who can create EASY TO INSTALL themes that can be made to match an HTML template (which I'll provide, please PM me for details...)

I can pay worthwhile rates for worthwhile work.
