Description:	Dear freelancers, Below is two options for you! OPTION 1: I am looking for, not a clone but a unique project. It covers the same lines as neobux does, were users register, view adds and so forth in order to receive cash once a time limit has been reached! Not only would that but payments be instant to the user’s alertpay account or paypal account! The design of the site has not been made which is something you will have to undertake as well, although something simple and professional is accepted if you make it look nice. There must be an admin control panel for myself only, which enables me to edit the whole site, e.g. users and so forth, also allowing me to block, unblock ip addresses and allowing a maximum amount of referrals. Along with this users can buy referrals from those members referred by no one meaning that users can purchase referrals once every 24 hours, once payment is sent to our alertpay or paypal account then users are automatically credited referrals, And to control the referrals the link would be colour in a different colour which stops users clicking on the link until referrals are enabled again. The site is basically neobux.com which you can refer to for a very similar project. Only serious bidders will be pm’d back. Also you must have msn in order to communicate and have the ability to work to deadlines and time scales! ------------------------------------------------------------ OPTION 2: just get me a neobux clone with instant payment and so forth! no backdoors, but if you got a illegal copy in a scence then it dosnt matter :)
