It is better if you use Visual C++ instead of Delphi, as we could use DirectX Library. If the compatibilities with Delphi is the issue, you dont need to worry, VC++ can handle that part also. So, my offer is writting this in Visual C++

Already have a Delphi DVB-S (satellite) component (true drop on a form component, set properties) in Delphi 7/2007. You would receive a subset of this current component. Component uses highly optimized, threaded design..it is quite complex, and it is necessary due to high data rates. Custom 'language' for building any type of DirectShow graph you would want (text file). Full support for EPG, channel scan from SI tables. Support for H.264, Mpeg-2, AC-3 and mpeg1 and 2 audio. Hardest part of this project will be dealing with BDA drivers and their differences. What you are asking for is not something that can be turned out in a week or a month.
