Please read carefuly before the bidding and do not waste mine and your time.Need SEO work and link building for getting to the first page Google natural search FOR AT LEAST 10 KEYWORDS (mentioned below)for the first (home) page of website : www.pest3.com
Do not offer things that only harms (downgrades) the rankings (such as submissions to hundreds of directories).
Links must:
• These Links must be permanent links.
• ALL links must be submitted manually.
• Link page must be search engine friendly, i.e. no redirects, cloaking, framed pages, etc
• No more than 20 outbound links per page.
• NO LINKS FROM adult & porn sites, hate sites, mirror sites, spam sites, flash sites, banned by google websites, one network, article submissions. Link shames and no ping sites are also prohibited.
• Page/site where our link is placed must NOT have redirects, cloaking, frames, hidden links and use of unethical or black-hat tactics, no meta tag CONTENT="NOINDEX, NOFOLLOW", no excluded in robots.txt. MUST BE updated by Google within the last 30 days, interlinked with the websites homepage.
• Your SEO technique and practices must adhere to the standard SEO policy which is applied in SEO industry.
• No black hat, grey hat or shady tactics.
• Linked sites must be in production and active and been indexed by google within the last 30 days.
• Links should be within related content and with anchor text.
You will need to produce a daily report with the following:
1. URL of page where link is located.
2. Google PR of the page the where my link is located.
3. Google PR of the site where the link page is located.
4. Date link has been placed.
5. Anchor Text
Payment method: PayPal only
Please do not bid unless you can provide:
1) a clear strategy how you are going to achieve the results after looking at my website and the UK Pest control market
2) how long will it take to achieve this;
3) your price
We will NOT pay anything in advance, payment will be made only after the completion of a certain tasks and achieving certain results!
Results must be sustainable, rakings should remain for at least 3 months.

Of course we are interested in the sustainable results, not getting to Google top for a week or a month. We could pay 1/3 of the price after getting to Google 1 page, next 1/3 payment after the rankings have stood up for a month and the last one after the rankings have stood up for the second month
You must have a minimum of 10 feedback reviews. Would prefer to work with an indivdual as I need an ongoing personal relaitionship.
