I need to get my windows form created in VB.net or C# to be displayed on top of all other windows, even fullscreen ones.

I can get the window to be on top of other windows, but I now need the form to be on top, over a fullscreen game (World of Warcraft).

The script should allow me to have a windows form displayed over World of Warcraft, much like Xfire.

Please bid with a functional example of an application written in Visual Basic .NET OR C# Only!

I need this urgently!
