Description

I would like a basic 1 page portal landing page with links layed out like www.flex.net . I would like a similar design, but maybe BETTER? LOL.

Please note that there is a local weather script, and breaking news feeds in the middle. I would like a quote that includes everything going on in the page.

Id prefer to have a basic admin where I can login to change the Links and Showing text, but i can also just change it in Front page or dreamweaver.

This is to be done as HTML/Static. I do not want any flash. The layout is the be the same, but you can change the design if you think you can do better.

Priority will be given to US bids, then to price, and previous reviews. If you happen to also be a good PHP/Mysql developer, I may have more projects in the near future. Preferred payment method is paypal.

If youve done portal pages before provide links. I will be up for a while checking out all bids. Do not send any baloney links to porn sites youve done or unrelated work, or I will make note to never use you. If you dont have examples of portal work, or VERY similar work, dont bid. Also, do not bid with "We can do this" and nothing else.

Google search bar, when included in your design, I dont want it to be a safe search. Just a basic search for google. It should open in a new window just like this design.
