Description

I want site to be re-designed.
pitac.gov.pk is the site and this project is by Pakistan government information tech. I want it very unique but professional looking site. With flash introduction before loading web and few java-scripts will make it look good.

I want really professional to deal in this project. So only designing of new template + flash introduction and new updation section required. I will provide the pictures and content stuff to make this site fully functional.

Please provide me with your rates and sample of your old work.
