Project Description
We are looking for a telemarketing firm for a very targeted sales effort. We manufacture and distribute high end jackets for the public safety market in USA. Our product has been very successfully accepted in the market for 8 years. Normally we sell through distributors.

The current project would be to sell a very high quality Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Parka Jacket that we manufacture and stock in USA directly to all the Ambulance Services of USA (Approximately 5,000 agencies). We have a telemarketing list which has full contact information including the number of employees (this is useful to know the potential size of the client as multiple unit orders can be generated).

We will provide full details of the product and also the sales script to be used to market and sell the jackets. We have about 5,000 jackets in-stock (just in this one style for this project, we have other jackets for other market segments) and want to partner with a firm that can work with on our other styles for the other projects once we have launched a campaign successfully. We have other programs that will be implemented upon successful launch of current project (for example, 15,000 police departments to be called, 30,000 private security firms and more).

As explained in the payment structure, our goal is to
a) Make sure your time is covered and paid for in making the calls so you have no risk. You will be paid per call regardless of closing a sale
a) We will pay additional as per the rate structure if pertinent information is captured (this will of course be verified as we will make follow up calls in these cases)
b) We want to give you the chance to share in the success of the marketing effort; that is, you will also share in the profit of any sales that you have generated at the rate of $10.00 per jacket sold.

What we ask of you
Your staff must speak clearly without heavy accents and must be professional. We will request some references as we prefer to do our homework on the front end; it is better for both sides as this will give us a better chance of success in working long term with each other.

We would like you to be able to make all the calls in no longer than a two week period, so you must have a team of telemarketers. It is our intention to find someone we can work long term with.

Payment
We will pay the basic fee for making the calls into escrow and will release as soon as it is confirmed that all the calls have been made (do you have a way of providing a report?)

Similarly we will be happy to pay into escrow other fees generated as per the payment schedule.




The telemarketing Script

The following covers the main points – obviously the actual conversation will vary based on the input from the client.

Our jacket was fashioned after the Speiwak Weather Tech Jacket (their item number 1620). We have an 8 year proven track record and our product is known in the market.

Our jacket has all the features of the Spiewak Weather Jacket and also provides protection from blood borne pathogens. It was manufactured to be compliant with the NFPA 1999 2003 edition. The main difference between our jacket and theirs is the price – our jacket costs a lot less! You should not have any concerns about the quality – we’ve made sure not to cut corners and use the highest quality materials and workmanship. Our price to you for the standard sizes in our EM01 is $165 for sizes S - XLcompared to the average price of over $200 for the almost exactly the same Spiewak jacket. You can’t go wrong!

An invoice will follow with the jacket – if you do not want to keep the jacket we will pick it up at no cost to you and the invoice will be credited so it is no risk to you. If you keep the jacket for more than 30 days then the invoice becomes payable.

Our jackets are in-stock in Seattle, Washington and typically ship within 24 hours of order placement. We ship by UPS ground for FREE and if you need we can ship 2nd or Next day air for additional shipping charges.

Credit can be offered only to companies and upon completion and approval of the credit application.
