I own a credit card affiliate site, with over a year URL life. currently PR1

I need a link builder who can provide me with absolute Quality PR4, PR5 & PR6 Links. Please state your proposals.





** MOST IMPORTANT: **

- The links MUST pass the PR fraud test on www.checkpagerank.net

- The links must have a large amount of backlinks: only sites over 1,500 links will be accepted.

- Each link MUST be placed on the homepage of a site

- Each site that you propose to place a link on MUST go through me before placing the link

- These links must be MANUALLY built & added.

- Links must be relevant to Financial Services / Business / Credit....etc

Rules:

- Links must be PERMANENT, free, one way, non-reciprocal and static to our website

- Page must be updated by Google within the last 30-45 days

- No redirects, JavaScript links, hidden links, Flash sites/pages, or other unethical or black-hat tactics
- Link page should be in English
- Link page must be search engine friendly, i.e. no redirects, cloaking, framed pages, etc
- Page must not be excluded by robots.txt and the anchor text must not contain the rel=nofollow tag.
- Will not accept links from: link farms, link-exchange programs, forums, directories, articles submission, Free For All websites, pharmacy, illegal.

- Links must not be labelled, sponsored, links, or ads;
- No hacker, porn, violent, or hate-based, guest book’s, classifieds, dynamic links, spam sites, or generally black hat links
- No scraper sites, mirror sites, link exchanges
- Prefer high ranking sites verified by Alexa
- No sites banned by google.
- Must be manually submitted.
- No link schemes, No blog comments, No ping sites, No links within newsgroups
- Links must be from different Class-C IP addresses

- deployment of the links over 30 days.

All links must be approved before you place the link.



The links must be LEGIT and PERMANENT (NEVER REMOVED).


I reserve the right to reject sites that do not meet my terms and will require you to add suitable replacement links instead.
