I will be very clear that I want one quote for 1500000 visitors for every month. ( 4 months project )
I will not pay any advance but will escrow the amount thru my account and you will get it only after 4 months when you achieve the target audience

I also dont mind if the clicks are not geniune but it should not be more than 20 % . that means 80% clicks should be geniune .
