We are a small firm looking for a program designer to construct a program that can adjust a company's schedule by negotiating changes requested by employees (adding, swapping, dropping shifts), pending approval by a manager. The program must have basic web capabilities, so that it is accessible via the web.
The primary task is to have a program that can negotiate between the variables of inputs and construct a schedule of shifts that workers can request changes to, and wait for confirmation from a manager.
