Description

I need someone based in the USA, to help test a prototype SMS text messaging product. The testing itself is very straightforward, and simply requires sending in periodic SMS messages from a mobile device and then reporting the results. You will need access to a mobile phone or text-enabled PDA. You must be based in the USA. You'll need to be able to use an instant messager, such as: MSN messenger / GTalk or Gmail / Sykpe. This should be no more than 3-4 hours of simple work, so I'm expecting bids at / around the $30 USD mark. I would prefer someone who is able to test this prototype product on multiple networks, so access to several devices / phones / PDAs would be good. I'd like to test as many of the following networks, as is possible: Alltel, AT&T Mobility, Boost, Cellular One [Dobson], Nextel, Sprint, T-Mobile, T-Mobile Subscription, Virgin Mobile , Verizon Text. You do not need any specific experience of SMS products / technologies other than being able to send text messages, of course. The product is a premium-rate SMS solution so, in addition to the project fee, I will also re-imburse any SMS messaging fees that are incurred.
