budget 100-150.

i need someone to parse soap for iphone app gui.

web-service has already been done, just need to parse now.

also need to add some tweaks to app and make a copy of same app with different graphics (all provided).

must be available on skype. should have developer certificate to enable testing on iphone.

start ASAP.
