Description

Dear Freelancers:

We are specifically looking to acquire existing healthcare/medical applications for the iPhone - we are not interested in permutations of existing projects that you may have been involved with solely for the purpose of fulfilling our request.

We will require the following conditions:
1. We are asking for 100% of the rights (including copyright) to the application(s).
2. The application(s) must be fully operational (we understand that minor errors may be identified over the course of time). If an error is identified, the programmer agrees to address the error.
3. Full payment will be contingent upon the application being accepted by Apple. Applications that are rejected by Apple will be of no value to our company.
4. The seller agrees to sign a non-disclosure agreement.
