Let me introduce myself shortly. My name is Jessica Pfefferkorn from TGC - The Games Company Worldwide GmbH, a German multiplatform Publisher. We are a global developer, marketer, and distributor of video and computer games for PC and consoles, as well as of interactive DVDs.

Let me also introduce you to our new project:

We have a great series of 4 NDS titles, which we want to port (a few parts of them) to iPhone. It is braingame series with the topics: Knowledge, Career, Work life balance and traveling. In Germany the four games have a really famous brand partner. It the most famous magazin in Germany and a constantly part in the top ten website ranking of Germany. Our partner will escort our huge Marketing and PR campaign with a media volume of more than 600.000 Euro. We want to publish the German and the English version.

The business model for this project is very simple. We will share the net revenue instead of a flat fee for the development. We want to share the revenue as follows: You would get an excellent share of 20% from the net revenue. The net revenue would be defined as follows: Net revenue means the aggregate revenue actually recognized by Licensee based on the Products sold through by appstore.

We look forward to high sales figures especially in Germany but also with the English version worldwide.
