eBooks creator and reader (or eBook Compiler) for mobile devices & smartphones:

I need an eBooks creator and reader (similar to Mobipocket's mobiCreator and mobiReader) for mobile devices, smartphones (and possibly cellphones). The creator should allow me add customized protection (preferably RDM) to the eBooks. For example: no-printing, no-copying, etc. The eBooks to be created should be in reflowable format and optionally in PDF format. Nice to have: Options to high-light texts and make notes while reading the ebooks.

Hi, I already have a eReader template, you can input you book into the database and the user can set the paper and text color, set the text font size. It also have nice flip animation and support vertical and horizental reading direction. Please kindly see the attached screen shot.
