Funny Voodoo Doll on iPhone (and iPod Touch)

This is an app that will be like a voodoo doll, but fun and humorous NOT mean or evil.
User will be able to perform various actions on the voodoo doll:

User will be able to add the head of someone from their exiting photo library
The doll body will look a voodoo doll standing upright.
Provide will need to design the body to look like artistically great and details
Opening intro page and other setup pages will also need to maintain a consitent voodoo theme.
Provider must have great design skills.

But instead of just poking the doll with pins there are other things that user will be able to do:
User will have a palette of actions to chose from
1. Put a match under his feet
2. tickle him with a feather under arms and feet
3. Put ice down his shirt
4. poking with a pin (or other item less harmful)
programmer with allow for updates and additional actions that can be added to the app

Each action will cause the doll to react with appropriate movements and sounds. We will provide vocal sounds. simple animation of the body movement of each these actions by the voodoo will be part of this project.

Then user can save an short animation and email it to a friend.


Please show that you have done projects for iphone or similar with graphic and or animation designs. Must have great iPhone knowledge. Please show portfolio and experience.
Good communication and upadates will be required throughout the project. We will be looking to keep this person or team on for updates to the APP
The project will be paid through GAF milestone payments ONLY. If you don't agree to this. Please do not bid.
Final payment will be made after full testing and troubleshooting has been done on.
