Hi
I need a quote for an Iphone app from experience iphone app developers.
and also a quote for the same app in blackberry.


please show your experience on this.

this is not a project to start now, but a quote to present the project to a client.

what I need is:
using the GPS to detect when the phone is x meters away from a coordinates polygon and doing this in a way that doesn't consume that cpu or battery.

this process will be defined by some rules

we need to store different polygons in a server online, and update them as needed.
this polygons has some rules and is that they apply on different days to different users depending on a number they enter from 1-10 on the application.

there is 1 polygon per city so if they are in city A and they selected number 3 they on that city the check will only happen on Monday and Wednesday.

so when a polygon is created we need to enter the polygon coordinates (comma separated), polygon city name, polygon rules (number and days for that number) so per say 1(Monday, Thursday) 2 (Tuesday , Friday)


if a user selects to see the polygons he should see them drawed under Google maps.

if the user is approaching to the polygon the Iphone will brivate and sound an alarm, if its x meters away, the user defines the meters.

everytime he/she opens the application it should check for updates on the polygons, also every 2 days or so.

when installing the application the user should enter a code, there is a database of codes where if his code isn't there then that person can't access the app.
