We need a Real Estate - Property Portal, where the
1. admin has the rights to add multiple projects
2. Users / Buyers can register, Search and save the favorite properties.
3. Users / Buyers can Compare properties.
4. User CANNOT add Property listings, We already have a listing database which is updated periodically.
5. You have to use our listing database to create Property search (Database Structure Will be Provided)
6. There will be few predefined Search queries for easy navigation and use.
7. There should be map based property search (Use Google Maps Only)
8. There should be an interface where admin can manage and display the new projects on the home page (Please See attached image)
9. Admin seach our listing database in the back office and choose which listing he wants to feature on the home page ( He can choose multiple listings)
10. RSS Feed for Latest Real Estate News
11. Blog
12. Image Slide Show for real estate Listings.
13. Complete Website Desing With SEO standards
14. Back office design for admin


Place your best bid as we have lot more projects to be developed. It could very well turn into a long term relation.
