Description

I recenlty posted this project a few days ago, however the selected provider could not handle the task. I am looking for an extremely SHARP MySQL developer. A person that knows more than how to do your average "SELECT" statement. I am looking for a query that will provide dynamic result headers with corresponding information results. I have attached a txt file to this project, to help better explain what it is I am looking for.

it can not be done with single query, due to MySQL architecture. It can be done with 2 queries - i can do it less then in a hour. Regards, Sergey.
