Description

The script should:

Allow members to upload videos. (Member management is easy, just connect to my vbulletin forum)
Convert the video to flash, the way http://video.google.com/ does.
Give the user a link to share.
Thumbnail the added video.
Display the thumbnail on my website.
Allow ranking, comments, sort by ranking/views/etc.

Add a clickable link to the file - similar to the way youtube.com does, and add the embed code underneath.
