I am looking for bluetooth marketing / advertising software similar to http://www.blueblitz.com/
I am looking for someone to design a fully completed and branded Bluetooth Adverting Proximity System with company logo’s , icons and colours.
It must run off a bootable cd preferably in linux kernel. Must work with all types of bluetooth dongles.
It must also be an executable file and all software like net framework, Bluetooth drivers, java etc must be included and whatever else it requires to work.

I will need a key or licence generator that I can enter the Bluetooth Address of the user and that then verifies the BT address before installation/ use.

The software must be able to broadcast any file type with no limits on what you can broadcast and something with a built in scheduler so that you can broadcast different items at different times without changing the settings after initial setup. Features included :Sending multiple items at the same time unlimited items sent a feature e where templates can be saved for future use


Must have automatic authentication (no pairing)

The system should also remember which mobiles have received the message and not send again - but this memory should be able to be wiped very easily so that you can resend to every mobile again very quickly. I would also be an advantage if the operator could print out a report of what has been sent to each mobile and who received and who did not.

It should have a built in reporting system so that It keeps a list of which mobiles have accepted or declined the message and what message and what time. Stats at a glance as to what devices are getting connected including bluetooth name ,what devices have declined accepted

• It should work with Microsoft and Widcomm drivers but not just reliant on windows drivers as I understand there are sometime problems with windows drivers.I would also need to work with msi star key 2 as i plan to give this away with package.

• There must be a control panel so that I can access the software remotely to have full control to add, remove campaigns that would be advantageous.

if you already have this type of software completed, I am happy for you to simply tweak it accordingly and then fully rebrand it.

From a security point of view I would be happy to discuss what you would think is the best way forward to make this product secure. Ie registering licences to Bluetooth dongle, registering to 1 machine only etc. I would also like to be able to vary the time limit on the licence. Unlimited, 1 month, 3 months etc
I am also happy to discuss any other features you might think as good value to the end customer.
Terms of payment will be discussed before the project is commenced

PLEASE NOTE. This is a simple program that is PC based and will work with Windows,Vista and Mac Preferably.It will have to be able to send Pics, Text, music, video, Etc. It should have similar features to what blueblitz.com has with their full software.

This software must be scalable for future upgrades and add-ons.
It is a small program that will work on PC and that is it.
Please dont bid if you cant do it within the set Budget.
