Looking for some template samples along with color schemes. Looking for a template variations similar to http://www.rentfaster.ca/calgary.php.

Qualities
- Consistent Top Nav
- Consistent Footer on all pages
- Left Menu should be consistent

Text: Use the same 'text as seen on (http://www.rentfaster.ca/calgary.php) as placeholders

Requirements
- width of pages should not exceed 760 pixels

Looking for:
- Color schemes
- different template variations (user friendly and good design) and maybe just the same template in the above colors)
- Use just the first page of http://www.rentfaster.ca/calgary.php as a your template example.
