International Ecommerce Shopping Cart Solution Needed

This is our current site:

We currently use PayPal payments standard as our shopping cart. We need an industry leading shopping cart integrated into our site that will allow an overly simplified checkout process. The concept of the cart should be similar in nature to www.groovycandies.com and have a shipping rate comparison application similar to that of http://shipgooder.com

We have several expectations that are critical in the design of the cart. It has to have the following capabilities:

-Real-time domestic (U.S.) shipping rates from USPS, UPS and FedEx.

-Real-time international shipping rates for the same carriers

-The design of the cart should reflect the current concept of our site (a web 2.0 type look)

-As many payment options as possible

-The option to change/view different currencies

-The option to create a customer account/ or bypass to a quick checkout

-The ability to accept coupon codes

-All of these features have to be streamlined into a super easy checkout process (MOST IMPORTANT)

As of right, our company only has one product that we sell. So a simple add to cart or buy now button would be acceptable. The cart must also have a back end management system that will allow us to manage all of these features and let us easily add products in the future, change prices, and ultimately, fully automate the order process. Being able to easily print shipping labels and fulfill required customs forms is essential. Ideally, it would also include come sort of customer history/management tool that would allow us to send promotional newsletters etc. to our customers. As of right now, we are planning on using PayPal payments pro as our gateway/merchant. Any other thoughts or suggestions are encouraged.

Hello again and thinks for everyone's interest in our project. After consulting with several of you, I realized I needed to clarify a couple things.

About the frontend/cart:

The cart should be able to calculate real time shipping qoutes for international users easily. Several of you have said you would use the customers zip code to calculate real time shipping qoutes. I understand this for domestic (U.S.) orders.... But what about a country that doesn't use postal codes? Please tell me your proposed solution.

Also, about the backend/CMS... Ideally, I would want the capability to pay and print for postage directly in our CMS. Not view order invoices then go to the respective carriers website to pay for and print postage. Is this possible? Again, please let me know your proposed solution.

Ok. This is the last update I promise!

After consulting with our company's ecommerce team, we realized we want to stay with PayPal to handle our backend operations. We're comfortable and familiar with it, and it doesn't make since for us to change that aspect of our operations at this point. So with that this is what we need:

A frontend shopping cart intergrated into our site with PayPal Website Payments Pro. It should look similar and have the same features as the shopping cart at www.groovycandies.com

We will not need customer registration or any backend CMS. Again, the main solution we will need is real time USPS and UPS shipping qoutes and a quick and simple checkout process. Thank you and please PM me with updated bids and questions or comments so we can close this project quickly.
