Description

I need a WEBCHAT made in Adobe Flex 3.0 + PostgreSQL 8 + PHP 4.

You can see an simple example on this website: http://clockobj.co.uk/flexchat/

I need a web chat as ChatOpica with this additional features:

1) Multi-room;
2) Ability to use small, graphic avatars, custom logo, emoticons for any user;
3) User-friendly;
4) Private messages;
5) Sound Alert;
6) Save or e-mail the chat history;
7) Image Transfer Module;
8) Ignore/mute somebody;
9) Password-protected room;
10) Custom Logo for each room;
11) Admin Panel;
12) User/room server folder, to where user can upload files to share with others room users (a way to share files - I will accept another way if your idea is good);
13) Clean and commented code;
14) All source available.
15) Protocol to send and receive messages: AMF using AMFPHP 1.9. (I prefer this).

Important: this project must to be developed in two weeks, I will select the winner very fast.
