Description

This is part of a larger project to re-write an existing application in Java. The initial requirement is for a website link which downloads a Java application and java VM appropriate for the users operating system (windows, Mac OSX or Linux). The full product will require the full range of java swing components. This project application is as shown in the PDF. The application starts from a desktop icon. The application offers the user a way to view a local datafile in a datatable which has an associated JdbNavTool. As the records are browsed a line graph and a bar graph of the selected row is redrawn.

The initial test data is saved locally based on an SQL retrieval of data from an existing website database. The user can update this data by connecting to the SQL database a second time and retrieving records that match the first column of the local datafile.
