Description

We need a custom SharePoint web part to query for News articles and disply them in a very specific way... basically grouped by year.

The news content type we use does have a date time field.. however using the date created field would also work. I have uploaded an image of what the final layout should look like... don't worry about specific css or xslt styles...just get it working and the layout correct.
