Select the correct version based on our business requirements

Integrate our existing enterprise applications (IE Solarwinds and WebHelpDesk)

It is not easy to complete all the request in a short time. So I think the days depend on your integration complexity. For example , if there are some data integration from your application into sugar, it will takes some days. But it is easy to customize a new module for you. I was familiar with sugar4.5~5.2. Hope I can help you.
