Hi,

We run a website selling spare parts. http://www.RepairsUniverse.com

On the left handside underneath the links for the spare parts we want a small box to be able to sign up for our special offers and money off coupons. I already have the code from our autoresponder getresponse. What I need doing is for the look to be modified so it fits nicely in the space provided and looks attractive on our site.

This should be quick and easy job for someone with experence. We would like a professional look.
