We required the readymade web based CRM system into .NET.

We are looking for a complete clone of sugarcrm.com - the only difference is that it should be written in asp.net with vb.net and ms sql server and is web based only.
We are looking for the complete website and software including the CRM software as outlined at sugarcrm.com.

Successful bidder after chosen, is required to write a detailed specification based on sugarcrm.com and then develop the tools to the specifications, incorporate the tools into the products with reporting etc and then create an administration area and lastly create the website clone.

Looking for professionals that already have a crm like sugarcrm already built and just need to maybe add a few more features on to it or convert into asp.net and create the 3 packages (free trial, professional, enterprise) and then deployment options are only web based only.
If you don’t have an existing CRM similar to sugarcrm then please don’t bid as we would like to see some examples before we select the winner.

Payments will be 100% through GAF Escrow and deposited into 4 separate payments. 25% will be released at start of project, 25% at delivery of first working demo of tools, 25% at delivery of second working demo of tools, product packages and website administration and last payment of 25% after delivery of fully finished project and will be released once we have reviewed all code and tested for bugs.

Please review sugarcrm.com in detail before biding and provide demos of existing cms.
