i need a coder to built up a drag n drop website, don`t need to do layout design, just only have to coding(i`ll handle design part).

i need web2.0 functional,fast and easy loading.
preferable coder who have previous or expert in drag and drop scripts experience(javascript, ajax, php, DHTML), 50% payment escrow if you have strong supported of related drag and drop works as well, please show me in PMB for provement.
otherwise, if you want to try,no problem! zero escrow until you have done the drag and drop part functional as i request and satisfy, because time wait for no man, i dun want to waste time and money.
so please view the files properly before bid.
