Hello All,

We have a Telecom Siwtch where all our call data records are stored in some unknown format but which we can open in notepad or wordpad once we download them.

The Call Data Records which we call here CDRs are to be process and stored in mysql DB . so when ever we need data of certain call or cetain pin number when we enter all the data reagrding the pin should be displayed.

For example is i have a pin 11111111111 and i make some calls using that pins all the data are stored in that ftp on daily basis . so all the data should be processed and stored automatically once the CDRs are updated .

we should be able to search by using pin or company or agent id . there are all information on the cdr.

and we should also be able to create users with user permissions . like when we create an user with a username and we should be able to assign them only what should be displayed when they enter a PIN .

The CDRs are behind ftp so you should think about how to update the DB .

so the things u have to do is

1 . You have to process the CDRs and save them in the DB .
2 . creating a web interface to search the CDRs using PIN or agent ID.
3 . creating user permissions to search the DB.

Attached you can find the CDRs file which you can open in notepad or wordpad.
