What I need done:
A flash application that can be embedded into a website. Detailed Specs attached in word file.

I’m creating a product called Anime Character Creator. Basically, it’s a flash application that lets people create and customize anime style avatars, similar to how Simpsonize Me works but without the need for picture/face recognition. It has the added ability to move each individual element around after they place it onto the canvas (e.g. if they put a nose on the character, they can move the nose to wherever they want). Basically, it would work like a drag & drop, pulling graphical elements from an inventory section onto a canvas page, then moving, rotating, and resizing the parts. Afterwards, the finished product can be exported as an image or vector file. This application would also have APIs that lets a website interface with it (e.g. apis to match userIDs, point system, etc), as it will be embedded within another website, and integrated with the user base there.
