Description

Design a complete freelancer website. Membership will be free. 2 ends will be there. One for coder and 1 for buyer. Paypal, Bank Transfer, Cheque and Cash payment options needed. Escrow system needed. Simple in design but chest in functionality.
I'm a coder, that's why I need a assisting coder/designer to help me complete this project.
Can wait long time but cheap rate are highly expected.
