Hi
We need online attendence system for our workers and also accounts maintainance system .

The accounts contain the details of pays of online and also inbound workers working on our projects .

The worker should come and join and select the work category .The categories are coustomizable we can add and delete them .After that worker seletct the project under that category then choose the rate given to him .E.g in case he select category data entry then he select some data entry website from the currently running works websites then he choose rate for 1000 data entried 0.8 $ or like this .Then worker save the details and wait for admin approval .After the approval the worker can see on which projects or project he is working and its rate and also payment made if any for the projects and there dates .There should be also a chat option from where admin or manager can talk to them and can send them messages and they can chat to admin and manager .

For payment there should be option in the accounts where the workers can selelct the mode of payment (GAF ,PAYPALL,MONEYBOOKER,Westren Union ,Payoneer )

Each work must give his email adress and all so that after payment send the report automatically send to his email adress .

For inbound workers working in office we want that these workers can see there attendence how many hours they work and how much work the did and on which project they did the work .There are 4 or 5 columns
1) Name of the worker
2) Project on which working
3) Number of data process
4) Hours workerd
5) Number of absenties
6) Any voilation
5) Total pay till now

The pay reports can be generated so that if we want we can check all old and current records of the payment .
We will prefer all things coustomizable .
