Description

I need a program (with an interface similar to Craigslist Reader) that will enable me to run various campaigns to respond to posts made by users of Craigslist.org:

1.) Scrape posting made in the various categoies (including Wanted).
2.) Scrape postings in any and all cities on CL.
3.) Scape postings made over the past 1,3,4,7,14 days.
4.) Use keywords to limit posts that are returned.
5.) Use negative keywords to further limit posts returned.
6.) Scan for and purge duplicte emails that appear in a campaign.
7.) Store settings for different Campaigns, allowing for automation.
8.) Be able to send emails via third party email providers.
9.) Insert Headline of CL Post into subject line of the email sent.
10.) Rotate a series of email messages - including random function.
11.) Store third party email accounts and cooresponding passwords.
12.) Run seperate Campaigns concurrently.
13.) Schedule Scraping by Day of Week, Time of Day, Age of Post.
14.) Schedule emailing by Time of Day following a scrapping.
15.) Limit number of messages sent on any Email Account in 24 hours.
16.) Throttle total number of messages sent per each Campaign.
17.) Provide for review of Posts returned before automated sending.
18.) Have the capablity to send a Test eMail Message
19.) Be able to attach files to Plain-Text and HTML emails
20.) Store Retrieved Posts - to help develop negative keyword list.

I would want to have the source code, so I can make improvements at a later date.

I would like for this to be branded with my company name and logo designed for me with my company having the rights. USER FRIENDLY for my customersa nd easy to use.
