Simple Website Replicating Script

I need a script that will replicate sites and/or
lead caputre pages for its members.

Here is how it works.

The admin installs the script on a server and sets up
his own login info.

Once he logs in the first time he will see 3 buttons one would
be "Create A Site" and "Create A Lead Capture Page", "Settings".

If he clicks on on the "create A Site" button a form will
show up that will have the following settings.

First there will be a text box where the admin can simply
paste his own HTML code which would be the homepage.

The admin can also add pages by clicking on "Add A Page" button
within the form. Then the popup will show up and he can Fill in
Menu Title name and the filename. Once he adds a page he can also
edit that page. I want like a drop down menu where the admin can
see all pages added and edit the template for each one.

Now when the admin adds pages he can paste a token called {menu}
anywhere on any page and it will display links to all the pages
within the site he created.

I also want the admin to be able to edit the CSS for the {menu} lnks.

The admin can also add tokens(variables) which are used to make a personalized
site for the members. For example the admin can create a token
{first name} and when the members sign up and edit their tokens it
will display their name etc.

So the tokens will be placed by the admin within the templates
so when the members fill out the info inside the members area it
will populate the site with their own variables.

I also want the admin to add an image feature that allows him to put
a token like {image1} within the template and when the member uploads
his image it will display on his site where the token was placed.

Once he is done creating the site he can save it and edit it later at
any time.

When the admin clicks on "Create A Lead Capture Page" button it will
only show one text box where he can paste his html code. He won't be
adding any pages here since it's only a lead capture page. But I want
the admin also to be able to add tokens here as well.

Also there needs to be a default token for the lead capture page called
{form}, when that token is placed within the template the members will
have a text box where they can paste their autoresponder code and it will
display it wherever the {form} token is placed.

The admin can save the lead capture page and edit it at any time
later.

Now the script will also have the members area which he will use
to get members to get their sites.

The admin can set up a sign up form where the members can go to and
sign up for the members area.

Once they sign up they will see the pages created by the admin and
now they can click on it to fill in their token info.

So for example if the admin had {first name}, and {telephone} it will
ask the member to enter their First Name and Telephone.

Once the members are done editing their info for the tokens the
script will give them their own personal link in the following
format: http://www.domainname.com/script_folder/username

If it's a lead capture page it would be like this:
http://www.domainname.com/script_folder/username/lead

So when the member sends people to his own link it will have all his
info on it according to the tokens he edited.

Also I want the script to send out login info to the members on the
sign up to their email address provided.

Also I want the admin to be able to require email confirmation before
their members area is active.

The script should have forgot password feature for the admin and
members as well.

I want the script to have a nice user-friendly interface and be
easy to install on any server. Make sure it's compatible with most
of the servers so there is no MYSQL issues or anything.


Also the coder should be able to make updates as required later on
so please don't bid if we won't be able to contact you later after the
project is done.
