A company is looking for a company or person who had an experience in developing GPS navigation software.
We need to develop a set of software for a complete navigation environment which contains:
1. GPS navigator software with business directory for Windows CE and Java phones
2. Simplified online map service like Google Maps service
3. Map encryption algorithm
4. Map and business catalog live updates system
5. Traffic control server and client software
6. Client-Server-Client Messaging system
7. Tracking utility

Applicants should already have experience in this area and base sources of the applications which will be adapted for the needs of our company.
