Description

This site is currently written in ASP, which has just a few pages. What I need here:

1. evaluate the web security of this site and then offer some solutions.
2. redesign/programming this site in PHP(open to other options), such as new web design, programming, developing new functions, generating new revenue, creating more pages, adding links etc.
3. this site contains foreign languages and you must feel comfortable with this.
4. the current functions are, not limited to, uploading files, search by keywords
5. SEO
6. advertising profitable
7. payment integration
8. please be aware that long term relationship is preferred.
9. Bid with NDA submitted and
10. all source codes copyrighted by us.
11. Bid with function list you can develop, your name, country, timeline, final price,whether you can offer long term support
