Need a site which is a Clone of http://www.roomster.net/
We are looking for a community site for roommates, flatmates, flatshares, rentals, apartments , flats to let, and sublets serving the U.S. , Canada. & The U.K. Search for rooms, roommates, Flatshares, Flatmates, rental apartments and houses to let using our easy to post and search rental profiles. Users will be able to Post free Flatshare or Flat to the listing and users can search through roommates, rooms and apartment listings. Property owners can post their rentals and Flats to let and contact apartment and Flat seekers who have created "apartment wanted" ads.
This will have paid membership as well as free membership, We are looking to build this in PHP and mySQL this site will be a part of a major project but will not be impacted or have any dependency on it.
