Hi,
I have a ready-made video/audio sharing site script. http://demo.phpmotiontemplates.com/v2/default/

I'm looking for a very experienced php developer and Linux server pro to do the following:
1. Configure and install on my server (dedicated server):
# LAME MP3 Encode
# Libogg
# Mencoder
# Flvtool2
# FFmpeg
# Libvorbis
2. Upload and Install PHPmotion scripts
+ Uploading and installing PHPmotion
+ Setting up the member area
+ Setting up the admin area
+ Testing member features
+ Testing admin features
+ Uploading demo video to test
3. Customize the design and look
4. Customize some form fields and change labels, I don't need all those fields.
5. Make the site SEO friendly url
6. Do a multi-language switch on the fly. Sample: http://www.clipsharedemo.com/

Please only bid if you're very experienced in customizing php codes and you can devote full time on this project. This is to be delivered in 5 days by September 19th.
