Hey,

i am in need of a number-plate design system which is similar to:
http://www.yourshowplate.co.uk/showplates/
and will also need to be implemented to use in ebay such as:
ebay item no: 110287622555 or item no: 200253068509

I want the system to work as follows:

1.The user inputs the vehicle registration number, then selects the desired text font, border colour etc,,
2.Once the user is happy with the designed plate, the he selects 'Buy Here' and proceeds to checkout (paypal).
3.He then pays for the chosen design
4.The order consisting of ; An image of the designed plate, the written specification i.e. Font, border colour etc, is then sent to linkprinting email to print the chosen number plate design, assemble the number plate & dispatch.

All i require is someone to create the system. i will be designing the website myself, so i need whaever is required to be done by you, then you pass me the files and i incorporate it into the website we are creating. im not sure which coding languages are required for this, but i have been told it would best be done in PHP, Javascript & Flash, as long as it can be implemented into ebay as well this is up to you.

Please contact me with your quotes! System is required ASAP so i also need to know how long it will take. Price is always important, but what is more important here is how fast you can get this done.
