This project must be completed by Monday Sept. 15th, 2008

I need the a Joomla template for Joomla 1.5.6 with CSS and installed into joomla on my webserver with all working menus linking to sample pages. ( I will have Joomla with no example content installed)

This template needs to be collapsible. There will be pages with no left side menu options such as the index page. It will be very simple. and look like this http://lueins.powweb.com/index.html
The other pages will look a bit more like this with option to close out or change left menu place holder boxes. http://lueins.powweb.com/index2.html

.To the left will be collapsible boxes.

.The left side of the banner will be a Ajax rotating banner with fade option

.There will be the top menu with home get a quote and contact

There needs to be a menu bar with sub menu items below the banner area.. like the example

Below in the red box will be another menu with no submenus. and the copy right info will be place there

That is it.
I will add all content to pages.

I have the layered PSD file I used to create graphics incase you need it.
