Description

Hi,

I have a multi-section / multipage form which requires javascript validation on client and php validation on server side. This is mulit-section form - I wish 2 versions of it.

First version will consist of one page of code but to the user will appear as many section with a previous and next button pageing through the content by showing and hiding divs. Each section will require validated before the user can continue. The form must show as a working page is Javascript is disabled. The form must also validate server-side with php. The javascript validation must be a web 2.0 look and feel ie. no javascript alert boxes! Jquery is the preferred option but I can live with other frameworks or bespoke if clearly doucmented. The validation form criteria will be provided (UK telephone, credit card, email etc) and the validation must be able to copy with different number of forms elements ie. as the form elements are dynamically created there may be 3 different peoples address details one time and 8 different peoples the next. The dynamic adding of these is done elsewhere - what I want is a flat html/php form that will check for the existence of html elements by id and if it finds them then validate them (both client and server side).

The second version of the form has identical requirements but instead of a multisection form driven by javascript, it must a true multipage php form that can send its contents back and forward using the browser buttons (by hidden fields etc) and must also client/server side validate.

The form is 4 or 5 pages longs with at most 8 html elements on each.

thanks
